For those of you who care..

YES WE DID OWN THE LARGEST CARVIN SOUND SYSTEM!

The one pictured at this Reggae Festival had 12 1801 Single 18" Subs and 16 1503 Mid/Hi Packs All CARVIN powered. This rig was changed to make it work for us. We learned very quickly why Carvin is not used for large concerts. We Replaced all the drivers with the Orange County Speaker Eminance Speakers. They were very similar to PAS. Had lots of bass, But Vocals were tough.   Glad this is gone.
Please notice the "Blue Van" in the background. This is how we moved the gear around for years with that and a small trailer..  (That I do miss)

Walker 32X4X4 Console Notice the "Hand Made" road case with Burnt Orange Carpet. Our first LARGE console.. (Don't Laugh, It Worked)

Check out the OLD StudioMaster 32X8.  I miss this desk (NOT!) Though it did sound ok.. And worked well. We used this on MANY big big concerts.. I can't believe they accepted it.

Circa 1994 Helloooooooo JBL..

Our old JBL Concert Series Speaker System (With a pair of UPA's Stacked on the subs) These double 15" & 2" Flying boxes made us what we are today. We had 16 of the Mid/Hi Packs and 8 of the Double 18" Subs.   We worked this rig for years. It always sounded good and loud.  It was just time to put it out to pasture.   We did shows as big as 12,000 persons with this rig.

We will never be able to repay what this rig did for us.

The Yamaha PM3000C-40   LOVED THIS CONSOLE!  This board came to us from Clair Brothers. One of the last ones they had. So it was well maintained. Always worked well. Sounded WARM. I really liked the pre's on this desk.     But digital is lighter and better.. So goodbye 3k
